the first initial phone consultation allows us to get the ball rolling rather we are placing the reservation or just getting a feel for what’s to come.

On site consultations aren’t required however are sometimes necessary.  This will be something determined after the first initial phone consultation.

The Party People Event Rentals offer free local deliveries up to 10 miles. Any trip exceeding the free 10 miles radius will be charged $2 per mile.

The Party People Event Rentals are happy to assist you with setting up your event and breaking it down there after if requested for an addition cost.

After hours pick ups and drop offs are excluded from the Free deliveries and will be charged $2 per mile. 

To avoid a $100 service fee this service must be agreed upon prior to the date of event.
